My instructor/ examiner Deral was respectful and kind, he was very professional and at the same time made it a safe and fun exam, I highly suggest going to this place of business because they treat everyone with the utmost respect and kindness!!
I just renewed my drivers license. They have a great virtual waiting room where you can get a text when they are almost ready to serve you. That’s good. But the staff were generally wearing bandana type face coverings which are not effective and one staff member had no mask at all. Whhaaat? Yeah I know - that’s why our covid rates are higher per capita than India (at this point). The customer in front of me was coughing and his mask was pulled down below his nose. No one said anything. I think they have given up on covid precautions. We’re all tired of covid but it will go on forever if this is how people are responding. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face. There is a registry in high river which is not far away. We will take our registry business there for the foreseeable future.
Great service, that is all I can say. Very friendly people, there are people who just come out rude even before talking to them but they are very friendly for sure.
