I had obtained their services for the contstruction of my dental office. Their work was very well done. However, there were some issues with the size of hot water tank that they installed in my office. I was not getting sufficient amounts of hot water. When I asked them to replace it with a larger tank, they put a lien on my property and took me to small claims court. Not once did they even ask for more money to put in the tank. Since I spent over $180000 on this renovation, I can't believe they wouldn't make this right. They never won in court since I stood my ground. In the dental business, I know of other colleagues that they haved done this to.

With respects to the issues of the size of your hot water tank, we installed the correct size of the capable water load of your office. It was installed based on the approved mechanical drawings. Our contract was based on services rendered, and drawings and specifications that were fully approved by you. From the perspective and building codes of which we obide, everything was installed correct and passed inspection.
We disagree, that Tripar forced any liens on your property. This is a false accusation and feel that an apology be made public.
