RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Ordered 2 windows and a triple sliding door from Jerry. He screwed up the window order and they had to be remade. Two times Jerry didn't show -told me he 'texted' to cancel . . . NOT! Then the door came as a triple instead of a double door - made wrong at the factory!?! The 9 a.m. installers arrived at 5 p.m. and were installing windows in the dark with the mosquitos filling the house.
COULD IT GET ANY WORSE?
