The Spar Team was great to work with - they provided a schedule to let us know when which trades would be coming to complete their work. They were courteous and friendly. The basement was spotless when they were done. We really appreciated their professionalism and a job well done

Water loss in basement. Spar was quick to mitigate damages and repaired the damage quickly including replacement flooring.

The toilet hose let go flooding part of our main floor and running through to the finished basement. Spar arrived quickly, cleaned up, saved all they could, and took amazing care while doing it. Ken was our project manager and he was amazing. There every step of the way, answering questions, helping us get through the ordeal. We cannot say enough about Ken and all of the people from Spar that put our place back together. We highly recommend them.

We were connected with this company through our insurance company they day that we flooded and from that day on, it has been a wonderful experience. Work was done in a timely fashion and by professional and hard working tradespeople. I would highly recommend Spar to anyone who has work to do in their home!

In relation to issues we had in our new home with sewage backups in our basement, Spar Construction came in to our home and did all the restoration and clean up work. They came in and removed all the items that were covered in toxic waste, sanitized everyothing else in the basement and put it all back in order. they then had to come in and do it once more two months later and they were excellent. Their work was done quickly, professionally and they took great care in our personal possessions.

If I had known about the quality of work they did I would not have accepted them to fix my basement. They charged for things that they had not done. I could have had the work done cheaper and with less hassle.
