Starline Windows

Made an appointment to attend the Surrey location in late March to get a quote on 5 new windows for our home. The appointment hadn't been recorded , but after some discussion we met with salesman Thomas Bush. Mr Bush was quite pleasant , provided some options which turned out later to not be suitable for our needs. We received the quote and later on agreed to the prices. Mr Bush also provided contact information for a local contractor to install since Starline does not have an installation for small residential jobs. We paid in advance for the windows and later found out from the installer that window styles on the original quote wouldn't work , he contacted Mr Bush and after some emails there was an adjustment / correction made to the work order. After several weeks (June) we received the new windows and during the installation the contractor identified that the two of the windows were too large and new ones would need to be manufactured. The contractor took the wrong windows back to starline ... within a week we received a window delivery .. they sent the old windows back to us. We tried to have Starline pick them up ..no go , no contact nothing Mr Bush is ghosting us. In late July I received a call from an U/K number , the message was from a Starline delivery driver , they had left the new windows outside our house since no one was home. I contacted Mr Bush , he actually answered was vaguely apologetic but didn't offer to provide any help. So now we have the old windows , the new windows and also still haven't received a refund for the difference in the new windows (220.00) . Contractor was able to install the new windows later in August however the new windows wereto include screens which also haven't been supplied. We've called Mr Bush on several occasions , left messages and have also called the manager and have yet to receive any response. We chose Starline as they are a local , BC company however the service provided has been appalling by Starline and their employees.
