Disappointed with Omega Windows
I recently had an experience with Omega Windows that left me quite disappointed. Firstly, their warranty, which was a significant factor in my decision to choose their products, was not honored when I encountered an issue with one of my windows. Despite providing all the necessary documentation, I was met with resistance, and it felt like they were avoiding their responsibility.
Additionally, the workmanship on the windows was subpar. I noticed several quality issues, such as poor sealing and uneven framing. It's disheartening to invest in something that doesn't meet the promised standards.
Furthermore, the customer service experience was less than satisfactory. I found their representatives to be poorly educated about their own products and policies, which only added to the frustration.
Overall, my experience with Omega Windows has left me questioning the quality of their products and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope they take steps to improve their warranty handling, workmanship, and customer service to better serve their clients in the future.

I'm sorry about your experience but I'm in charge of service and have no recent warranty claims. We have been in business for 34 years and stand behind our products and warranty. Who did you present the documentation to since I'm in charge and nothing has come across my desk.

You are using a private user name so I can't pull up your file and that's even if you have a file. There are several Omegas out there and we constantly get mistaken for others.
