After having spent considerable money and a ridiculous length of time waiting for installation from another company I was delighted that Long Life finished the job using high quality products within a quick turnaround time and fair price. I highly recommend them for windows and patio doors.

We recently purchased an older home and needed to replace all of the windows. We searched online for a window company that seemed to fit our needs and came up with Long Life. We went into the showroom and spoke with Kris who sold us on the quality of the Vinyltek windows. We had specific requirements regarding some interior casing that we wanted done on our windows and Long Life easily accomodated us. The installation crew was prompt and efficient. We had one minor complaint after everything was done regarding some debris left on the roof and Kris had someone come first thing the next morning to clean everything up to our complete satisfaction. Overall we love our new windows and are very happy with the quality and service provided by Long Life. We would highly recommend them.

Our installation crew, Randy & Cory, were consummate professionals, working quickly and competently. They were very respectful of our home, did a great clean up each day and at the end of the project, and were a pleasure to have around. They went beyond expectations and just did an amazing job (how did you curve the wood around that arched window, Randy?) Their pride of workmanship was obvious & they were so dedicated that they didn't even stop early on Canucks final playoff days!

we just had 11 windows adn 3 skylights installed by Long Life Windows... we found their approach to be professional, they came highly recommended and i will now do the same. In 2009,we spoke to Kris at the Vancouver Home show and put his company on our short list for this home improvement. The quote we got was very close to the other company; researching what had to be done a little closer, we decided to go with Long Life over the other quote mainly due to the fact that they had their own install team in house. Also It was slightly less money and we have been very happy with what a difference these energy efficient windows make.

Workmanship and service have been excellent and the project was completed in short order.We had one small problem with one screen and it was quickly taken care of. SERVICE SELLS1

I needed to replace all 24 windows in my house. Paul and LongLife came in with a competitive estimate and minimal pressure. The work was completed under schedule and looks great. The installation team was fantastic. They took care to leave no mess each day and worked late each day to finish up. The warranty is the best we found out there in the sense that Long Life will fix any problem, no questions asked.

We are so happy with our new LongLife vinyl windows that we wish we would have made this important change to our house years ago.

The two big improvements we noticed right away were the lack of draftiness in our house and how quiet it is now. With our Longlife windows it became a lot cozier when we sat by the window. The other major improvement was noise reduction; our new windows greatly reduced the noise level coming from the street.
