Long Life installed all of our new windows and sliding glass doors in a single day. They came exactly when they said they would and completed the job efficiently and professionally. They're a great bunch of guys, and I'd definitely call them first the next time I need any work done.

After doing our reseach, my wife and I chose Long Life Windows and Doors for our window and door reno. This company went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the right product for our home, and played a very big part in helping us make the right decisions. The windows and door showed up earlier than expected and Josh and his crew were very proffessional on the install, which took about a day and a half. After they were done and everything cleaned up, you couldn`t even tell that they were there other that we had new windows and a front door installed. Josh, his crew, and the company went way above our expectations. I highly recommend this company to do your window and door install, and they DO have the best warranty in the business!!

A 30 year old house with several leaky double glaze aluminum frame windows plus some doors that had seen better days. Job included replacing 18 openings, one patio sliding door and three hinged doors. Peter was very professional and provided several options for colour, trim widths, door hardware and finish. Job was carried out with competent installers who did an excellent job of cleaning up behind them at the end of each day and at the completion of the job. Price was okay given the level of service and the guarantee. I would use them again if I need to in the future.

We have done business with Long Life Windows two times now. Separate types of projects but both times they have been exemplary with their commitment to service and quality. The first time was to replace some very old sliding doors. They had the job finished in under half a day (on Bowen is was incredible) and this included the clean up and ensuring the sealing etc was to high standard. The doors (2 years later now) still feel like brand new ones and made a huge difference in the heat retention. Plus they turned up on the day they said they could which is a challenge with Bowen Island based contractors. The second project was this summer and they fitted in some custom windows to a coach house downtown Vancouver. The project again ran smoothly and Kris came out to inspect the final result - again showing their dedication to customer service. I highly recommend their work and would use them again.

We were very satisfied with the replacement of 18 windows and 3 doors by Long Life Windows & Doors. From the beginning sales service from Kris, to the installation by Bernard and his crew, everything went very smoothly and exactly how we envisioned. They were very flexible with working around our difficult timeline of trying to time our whole home renovation. They took extra time dealing with a surprise rotten window opening, giving us the piece of mind that we wouldn't have the same problem in the future. We chose the crank style windows and are really happy with how they operate and how they have improved the street appeal of our old home. We had some difficult door rough openings that Bernard went the extra mile to get installed perfectly, including having to grind down the cement to make what we wanted fit. We are so glad we chose Long Life after going through 4 different companies to quote on the job, we would reccomend them to any family/friends that are looking to replace windows or doors.

I had 11 windows and a front door entry system installed and all i can say is TRUE CRAFTSMANSHIP!!! The people are friendly and down to earth. The service is excellent and the installers are true proffesionals. I highly recommend this company to anyone and i will deal with them for future projects.
