Nice windows, poor customer service
We spent a long time shopping around for windows and a door for our house build on the North Shore. After much deliberating, and regular check-ins by the sales rep at Marvin, we decided to go with them. The windows are lovely, but once they got our $$ (over 100k), their customer service took a nose dive. The sales guy who was initially very easily reachable, suddenly became extremely difficult to connect with. When the windows were delivered, they hired 3rd party installers (without quoting us on this first and it was $6k). These installers didn't install all of the windows. We still haven't received the door, which is over 12 weeks late and holding up our build. Much of the trim that was supposed to come with the windows also didn't show up and is now on order and still weeks out. Our attempts to get help from the company have gone unnoticed and most recently we got an automatic reply to our emails saying: " ______ is no longer with our organization. Please allow us some time as we familiarize ourselves with your case. ________ who is copied on this email will be monitoring _______'s email and we will get back to you promptly. " A week later and we still haven't heard anything. All of this to say that overall, dealing with Marvin has been an extremely frustrating experience. We are not happy customers.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Kind Regards,
