There was a water leak in the upstairs bathroom shower in my house and because of that the parquet floor of the adjacent bedroom and the ceiling of the garage below the bathroom were damaged. I hired Pericon Developments to repair the damage and the same time to remodel the upstairs bathroom and a basement bathroom. They paid attention to all the details and overall they did a wonderful job.

Rino helped us upgrade our entire bathroom on a middle floor of our downtown Toronto condo after some water damage. The job involved a full demolition and removal of tiles and fixtures, and installation of the same. All was completed within the time Rino estimated and he did what he could to allow us access to parts of the bathroom during the work. No surprises on cost - was reasonable in adding into the quite a shower niche/shelving (involved pulling out and rebuilding one wall to great space for the niche once we found out the orig wall wasn't deep enough). Was very respectful around other furnishings in our place. Supported afterwards too and able to troubleshoot when the cause of the leak was not what we originally thought it was. Gave good info to consider but allowed us to make the decision for various things. Thanks again Reno. It's been extremely difficult to find a contractor in Toronto that is open to doing small jobs in the summer when it's busy season. Rino came in to look at that wall I wanted to take down and was very efficient with providing me a quote and next steps. He was able to do the job the next week and gave me a very reasonable quote, considering it's an older condo. I would highly recommend Rino and his team.

Rino is a great contractor. He is honest with his pricing and he is on top of all aspects of my project. I would highly recommend him and his company! In fact, I have used him for two major projects plus a smaller bathroom reno already and he has exceeded my expectations every time!

I recently used Rino and the team from Pericon Developments for my commerical/residential renovation. 2 apartments and 1 store front. From start to finish the renovation was stress free. There were a few unexpected surprises of course, but Rino was happy to listen to and discuss various options that would work within time and budget. Unlike previous work I have had done by other companies, Rino's team showed up every day and I never felt I was being slotted in between something else. Most importantly the team did not leave until everything was finished. Rino went above an beyond to help me get a few things done e.g. a custom door that would have cost me thousands more if I had to outsource it. I was doing this renovation as a woman on my own and I really appreciated Rino and the team's respectful communication to me, he listened to my ideas and involved me in all decision making. He also gave me a great custom kitchen recommendation that cost me less than if I went to Ikea and was 1000 times better. I was extremely happy with the work which was finished on time and very close to budget (despite a couple of the extra surprises). I would highly recommend Pericon Developments for any renovation projects you may have and I will not look any further when I need a contractor on my next job. I highly recommend Rino and his crew. We had a commercial and residential property to gut and fully renovate. He provided great service. The project was within expected budget and on time. He was patient and knowledgeable. The people who brought were reliable and competent. I would work with him again.

If you are going through renovations, you will most likely have to deal with unexpected surprises.
I realised that when doing a 3700 sq feet commercial/residential building reno. It was a long, expensive and tedious project and I got so lucky to have someone recommanding Pericon to conduct the project, while I was mostly out of the country.
Rino was amazing to deal with because he always explained where the project was at and what the next steps were. I felt confident in meeting the deadlines within the budget allocated throughout the all project.
I wouldn't have thought of looking for a contractor with good communication skills but this is now the first thing I consider when I look for a new trade: Rino was very prompt at dealing with the unexpected and always offered few solutions at different costs so i could make informed decisions. You won't necessarily see his communication skills at first glance but Rino reveals himself in the stressful situations (i mean when you are stressed, not him :) Like he says, there is always a solution!
His trades' work is precise, clean and everything has been working swimmingly since the jobs have been done. The finishes were done with care, which was very important for me. You don't see the heavy work hidden behind the walls but you see the finishes in your bathroom!
Rino has also a lot of experience so he can provide you with very good advice for things you would not have thought of. He also thinks outside the box when needed. But if you ask him something he doesn't know, he will honestly tells you he has no idea.
And last but not least, Rino is honest and frank and this is very easing when you are spending so much money. He also won't give you false expectations (re: timing or budget).
I am looking at another project and I know I will go back to Pericon, maybe even without shopping around. I got the comparative 3 quotes when I did this first project so I know his quote was competitive but I can't put a price on the way Rino made me feel during the whole project. I didn't get frustrated once and I consider that to be an invaluable add on!
Over the years, I also called Rino to fix smaller things (things i had not included in the first reno, despite his advice...) and Pericon is also very reactive and available for smaller jobs.
If you are looking for a job well done, in time, within budget and at a competitive price don't hesitate to ask Pericon for a quote. And the "no frustration" option is free :)

Rino and his team worked on our two washrooms: one on the second floor which was first gutted out then tiles in, vanity in, tub in etc... and the other in the basement where his team had to take out the wall to give more space then build a 'built-in shower'. When it comes to 'home renovation', my wife and I barely know about it and thank goodness Rino really walked us through the whole process. Before the start of the whole renovation process, we were frankly feeling apprehensive as to how it gets done, when it gets done, who will get it done. I recommend Rino's team wholeheartedly. They really worked hard to meet our expectations and he would repeatedly check with us during the process if we are satisfied with the work so far. My recommendation is out there for anyone who feel the same way as the way we felt. Great job Rino, Maruf and Frank!
