Pleasantly surprised to find that Reliance-Yanch would schedule a routine inspection on a holiday Monday. The technician, Josh, was very courteous and professional. He provided a great deal of information on the proper use of my HRV system and overall operation of the furnace and A/C.

Your service technican Mike V. Just provided exceptional service in my home. He correctly diagnosed my problem with my hot water tank and knew I needed a replacement. He came today and provided professional courteous service that was unforgettable and I would recommend your company to anyone. Mike was very attentive not to mark any walls do any damage and took the extra care being very careful.

Our water heater sprung a leak on Tues. I called and arranged a service call for Wed between 10 & 2. Just before 2, we received a call letting us know that our service rep was behind and would be by by 2:30. Josh Rankin arrived at 2:30 and immediately inspected the tank, all the piping and fittings. Afterwards he checked all the lines for all our gas appliances. He calculated the correct piping capacity and then advised us of our options. Once we made our decision, he quickly and neatly completed his work. Josh was very polite and answered any questions we had. We definitely would be happy to have Josh back, to work on any heating/plumbing issues that we have in the future. The Pyke's

I made a phone call to Reliance on a Sunday evening, the call was quickly answered and an associate was dispatched for a repair on the Holiday Monday. Jeff Haywood our service technician called to inform us that traffic was heavy and there might be a delay in arriving to our home. Sure enough he arrived in the estimated time and promptly assessed our water heater and had replacement parts on hand to fix our appliance. Thank you for prompt and courteous service.

Pat Porretta installed a new water softener in our home in Loretto May 19th. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding recommendation for new water softener! He was not pushy at all and his install was neat and tidy! Have always been pleased with Reliance as a company and have much faith and confidence in the operation and reliability of my new water softener! Great job Pat!!!

Day 8 and still no hot water. Three different tech visits. No show for appointments. Left on hold forever. Worst service I ever experienced. Just re-lit my own pilot for the 12th time

Cole was very professional. He called before he arrived for the service call. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and he made the repairs quickly. He also explained everything to me and answered my questions.

Well when my new furnace and air conditioner was install the extending PVC piping coming out of my house from the basement wasn't finished properly so i called the office and they sent out one of their service technician, Ryan Groisbeck to fix the problem for me.
Ryan did an awesome job and he was very polite and courteous.
i am a very happy customer right now thanks to Ryan!

I noticed something was wrong with my hot water so I called Reliance Home Comfort to come look at my water heater. Their service tech, Matt from Barrie, came over and fixed it no problem. Not only was he polite, he was professional and very knowledgable as well.

Matt arrived as scheduled and conducted an air conditioning and furnace review. Matt provided good info on availability of rebate programs and set us up for a quote on a/c replacement.
