Last year I had Thermopompes N & R Sol inc. come to my home for a new furnace. I had oil and the furnace was too old. I told the salesman I wanted propane. I received a contract for a Goodman furnace. I researched the model and obtained a service manual. Im a Mechanical Engineer. In February 2024 they came to install it. When I looked closely at the model with the service manual I discovered the furnace was not the model in the contract. I called N & R Sol Inc. and spoke to the salesman. He said someone would call me back. No one ever called. I can see from the reviews that this company is terrible. AVOID
I filed a complaint with Regie du Batiment and Office de la protection du consommateur in Quebec for Unfair Business Practices.
I will need to take N & R Sol Inc to small claims court for breech of contract.
