An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Dear Nick,
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding job that you and the entire Design-Spec team did on our recent renovation. From yourself to Tony, Doug, Joey and Adam, we found everyone to be dedicated, detailed and committed to giving us the perfect renovation that we were looking for. While renovating is never an easy process, we can honestly say without hesitation that our project was not only pain-free, but remarkably easy. This is how a renovation can be when you hire the right professionals for the job. If we could recommend you to every person looking for a high-quality, pain free renovation, we would. Your crews were always courteous and respectful and we felt their commitment is doing the best for our home. Thank you to you and your whole team for the dedication and excellence which you showed in our project. You made our home everything that we had hoped for. It looks and feels fantastic. Best wishes for 2013 and beyond!
Sincerely, Robert and Diane

Richard and Diane, Thank you again for the opportunity to work on your 2nd story addition and major renovation. While its always challenging taking a roof off a home to add a second floor, everything in your project went very well including the weather gods working in our favour with nearly no rain during the process. We are extremely proud of our work there and the friendship that we have developed with you both. Sincerely, The Design-Spec Team!
