We had our doors installed Nov 2012. WC was the winning quote based on the product and follow up of the sales team. Unfortunately the final product delivered and installed was not what was ordered or quoted. We had some other issues with the doors that were to be fixed that have never been fixed. The manufacturer that WC ordered the doors from built the wrong doors. WC choice installed then and after we noticed the issue WC offered us a discount that "would cover the cost of the bottom panels". We didn't want the $, we wanted the doors we had ordered and were quoted on. The only way to fix them was to take them back to the factory and have them made correctly. WC took the easy route out and gave us no choice but to take the $ or they do nothing. Their customer service was terrible. I do not believe we were wrong to ask for the doors we ordered and reject the $. We ordered a specific doors and was quoted on those doors, but they were never delivered. The products were fine expect they were wrong, the original service and follow up immediately after the install was also fine. The reason for the poor rating is the customer service that followed when we tried to get the door we ordered. Be very careful and ensure they deliver what you ordered because if you don't they will not fix it.
