We recently hired The Home Improvement People to do a renovation on our main bathroom. Having always done our own home renos, we were sceptical about hiring a contractor. After our meeting with Ben, we were satisfied that we were making the right decision.
From demolition to final installation, Kris and his crew Harvey and Andy, were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, skilled and just a pleasure to have in our home. They made suggestions, consulted with us at each step of the process, were patient with our questions and concerns, and regularly checked with us to see if our expectations were being met. They finished ahead of schedule and the bathroom looks amazing. Our expectations were definitely exceeded.
