An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We called Adam to come in and give us some ideas on how we could add more space to our home. After meeting with him and his architect, we decided building up would be the best plan. Adam worked with us throughout the entire design process to make sure we maintained our budget. Construction started as planned and they did an amazing job. We now have 4 new bedrooms, 2 washroom, beautiful en-suite bathroom with his and hers areas, and a stunning walk-in closet for all my wifes clothes and shoe (she gave me a corner). Very happy with their overall approach from initial consult, to the design and budget, and all the way thru to final completion. My wife and I are broke now, but extremely happy that we used GarCon and got this job done right.
