Monitored our house furnace remotely while on vacation. Noticed furnace kept on running but temperature was dropping in house. Contacted neighbor who used your services before, she contacted the service person who came out to fix the issue. The service was prompted and issue was resolved in a matter of a few hours.

We had a problem where our furnace wasn’t working during the Christmas holidays. Contacted Vigor around 9:30 am. They had a technician over by 11:30 am. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and went and picked up the new inducer unit. Installed and made sure all was working before he left.

We were thrilled with the promptness of the technician and the quality of the work.

I was really pleased and knowledgeable and efficient the process.He told me to take pictures of overhead heater,the gas valve and model and serial numbers and came the next day with the right part and it was done in one hour.

Your technician was very transparent and showed me what he was doing and why, and was able to fix the problem quickly, but was careful to deal with only what was necessary to get things working while informing me of the other items that I should consider.

i use their services to fix small plumbing issues in my condo; they respond fairly quickly and show up when they say they will, and while they are expensive but they have always done it right the first time.

We called Vigor regarding a hot water tank that we purchased last year. The hot water was not reaching optimal temperature and they came within 30-45 min. The technician diagnosed a switch issue and informed us that he’d be back in the morning. He called early the next morning and fixed it within 20 min. I was amazed to find Vigor did not charge for the part or service since it was still under warranty.

Vigor has done a lot of work for us including installation of AC, furnaces, humidifiers. The staff listens to my concerns and address the issues in an efficient and timely manner.
The quality of work is excellent and I have not had problems.

In the 10 yrs Vigor has done work for me, I have always been treated with respect and good service.
