Replacement window panel

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Ogoki

I had a defective window panel so I called VWD customer service. They promptly worked with me to get a replacement panel and setup a service installation date. It's always a pleasure working with VWD as I have dealt with them for 20 years now. Thank you for great service!

Replacement Window

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Manilla

We had a need for one window replacement. Previous individual we contacted never followed up with us. We contacted VWD who were extremely helpful. They guaranteed their window product and offered to install the replacement under warranty. Everything about our experience with VWD was professional and helpful, including Loren, the service technician. He was punctual, friendly and efficient! Highly recommend VWD!!

Great service

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

We had all of our windows replaced. We had a small issue with one of the windows but had a lovely technician named Loren come up to fix it. No concerns with the product or service at all!

Window replacement

Window seals let go in a few of my windows but the company was easy to deal with and replaced umder warranty with no issue. Service was prompt considering we are in a pandemic. Loren, the service technician, was amazing to deal with. Hes punctual, courteous, hilarious, and clearly a proffesional in his trade.

Warrenty Work on Windows

Had a window seal blow and need replacing. The company was east to deal with and no issues. They stood by their product which is all I could ask. Loren was awesome. Great guys to deal with. Fast efficient and professional.

New Windows and service

New windows and doors were installed after a tree fell on our house.

It was a long delay due to Covid.

Some function concerns but a tech was sent out, Loren and he had most of the answers

He was a star in this Covid delayed world.
