WORST WINDOW COMPANY IN ONTARIO
Several windows failed and it took well over a year to get replacements. TERRIBLE customer service!
Nothing but arguments and excuses from Diego.
My bathroom windows have a privacy film and only one of the two panes had to be replaced but the one I got has a completely different pattern and Diego's response is simply that they don't make that pattern any more and they won't replace the other so they match.

The pattern you mentioned, Sycamore glass, is no longer manufactured by our glass supplier. We would like to emphasize that Vinyl Window Designs reserves the right to discontinue or modify any design or manufacturing process. If a specific replacement part is unavailable, we do have the prerogative to substitute it with a part of equal or superior quality. We understand that this situation caused you frustration and inconvenience.
We also want to address your concerns about the matching of the panes. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and we are more than willing to replace the other pane to achieve a consistent and matching appearance.
