I am very pleased to say that we have had all of our window issues taken care of. Greg Martineau himself came to my house to speak with me directly about the issues and concerns that we had with our windows and we got all of our issues fixed. I am VERY happy with this company. Window renovations
Greg Martineau projects of Calgary did our window renovations in our home back in February 2011. We had the install guys show up and the one guy smoked and left his butts EVERYWHERE all over our backyard. Then when I went over our windows after they were done being installed I found SEVERAL scratches all over EVERY single window that they did, the screens were all loose, the caulking around the window was all bubbled, and we had a HUGE deep scratch in one of our windows. And when I called to complain it took them WEEKS to get somebody to come and look at it, so they sent a service guy out to fix the minor scratches and he took the screens back to be fixed. But no one fixed the caulking yet and we still had a huge scratch in one of the windows that needed to be dealt with. So after calling SEVERAL times, I finally got somebody to come fix the deep scratch but still no caulking fixed. And it has now been MONTHS. So then Allan FINALLY called to set up a time for the service guys to come put the screens back in and fix the caulking and I have set up TWO different times to be home for the service guys to come and they DID'NT even show up!! No phone call, NOTHING!!
I am FURIOUS with this company!! As SOON AS YOU PAY THEM you are nothing to them!! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!! BE VERY CAREFUL with this company! Do not pay them in full UNTIL everything is fixed and perfect!! Or you will not hear from them or get your mistakes fixed.
