Main line plumbing blockage

Mr. Rooter was able to send us help within hours and were exactly on time for an emergency on a long weekend Sunday. The representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. Ron explained the situation in simple terms and walked us through all of the steps. He was great and I would definitely recommend mr. Rooter to my friends and family based on his attitude and work. Great experience!

Minor toilet repair

Plumbing review in Barrie

Replaced the flapper and the water shut off value. Workmanship was fine but the cost was OUTRAGEOUS.
Charged $560 for a half hour of work and $15 worth of parts.

Called a professional to make sure the job was done right, but at these prices I'll be trying things on my own next time or looking elsewhere.

In regards to the pricing, our service charge of $49.99 was explained at the time of booking. The cost of the toilet repair and the cost for replacing the shut off valve were also clearly outline before Peter proceeded with the job and both tasks included a one year warranty. Replacement of faucet in laundry room.

Krisztian Horvath assessed the problem and offered me two solutions. He was very informative and explained what he was doing very clearly and professionally. He was very outgoing and so very pleasant. He completed the work very efficiently and the new faucet and drain are working beautifully! I would refer anyone to both Mr. Rooter and Krisztian. Krisztian was very efficient and very pleasant to talk to and deal with. He advised of the best option and again, I am very pleased.
