Mr. Rooter was able to send us help within hours and were exactly on time for an emergency on a long weekend Sunday. The representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. Ron explained the situation in simple terms and walked us through all of the steps. He was great and I would definitely recommend mr. Rooter to my friends and family based on his attitude and work. Great experience!
