Showed up here with no part waited at my house for 20 mins saying someone would be dropping part off then he left for an hour to pick up part because no one came them finally got back and did all of 5 mins work $500 will never use mr rooter again and my friends and family will be warned.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Caledon. We appreciate all feedback, positive or negative. Unfortunately there had been a change in the schedule on the afternoon of your appointment and the original technician who had the part for your call no longer was available. Instead of pushing your appointment to later in the evening, we dispatched another one of our knowledgeable technicians to your home. He did in fact need to meet up with the original technician in order to pick up the part, however he did inform you that this would be the case when he arrived. The expansion tank required for your job, is not a standardly stocked item in our work vans and the original technician stocked it specifically for your call that morning. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this change caused and if it seemed as though we were ill prepared. We were simply trying to cause the least amount of disruption to your scheduled appointment time. Should you wish to speak about this further in private, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
