Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Caledon. We are surprised to see your feedback, as you expressed such sincere gratitude for the work that was completed. You had even tried to tip the primary technician an additional $50, which we denied as we do not believe in accepting tips for doing our job. While we value each and every review, there are some things we would like to clarify. The cost of the job was $5,533.18 with the additional charge of $719.31 for HST. This totals $6252.49. This was an extremely labour intensive job, that required four technicians over a two day period. We can assure you that the cost of materials was more than $1,000.
