Incredible service! From our first phone call, to our final hug! We had a situation, a little dire, given that we were on the eve of Christmas Eve, with 14 people expected! And no toilet to flush, without backing up. Shawn came out at 5:30, dark, damp, and windy. He gave us his diagnosis, was thorough, and patient in explaining everything. The camera revealed a major blockage-yet Shawn and his colleague were able to provide a clearing so that water would flow. It didn't seem as if the offending substance would relinquish its hold though, try as they did! However, Shawn and his colleague were so determined to succeed-they tried everything -and they did succeed-we are beyond thrilled with their kindness, their expertise, their friendliness - and of course, their success at clearing the lines! They went over and above with their level of service - a true example for all service people out there!
