Thank you Pella for the great experience. I love my new windows with the blinds between the glass. I will never dust again! The interior wood was factory finished and the wood adds a "homey" feel to every room. The install team were so clean and respectful - I could not be more pleased.

After a lot of research in the window industry, I selected Pella due to the quality of the windows and the professionalism of the sales person, Daphne. Having made the commitment, I found the support from the sales rep and the installation team to be exceptional. The installers were mindful of my pets, furnishings and were less intrusive than I expected. Fantastic experience all around. I will be back for more windows and likely have my doors replaced soon. The Pella Designer series windows were installed in my home a few weeks ago. They are visually fantastic - I love the blinds between the glass. I will never dust again! These new windows are more energy efficient than I could have imagined. They are keeping all that south and west facing heat fromt he sun out of my home. Finally - a special word about the installation crew. The guys were professional, respectful, clean an completely thorough in ensuring I was completely satisfied with the project. Thank you Pella!

I am not totally pleased with the windows as I felt that the quality would be better. I figured the outside noise would be diminished more than actually exists. Seems to me that outside noise was good on initial install but has gone south the past few months. All in all I think the job was well done

we wanted the warmth and beauty of wood in our family room to match the wood paneling on the walls. The window was factory stained on the inside and matches our woodwork beautifully. The outside is a dark brown aluminum clad to match the color of other windows in the home, but we never have to paint it. It has a pleated shade between the glass so we can control the light and privacy. It has a triple glass system with energy efficient coatings to keep us warm in the winter.

The worst product and service I have ever experienced. Windows frost up on the inside the second the temperature falls to -20. The company accused me rather than the product of having high humidity when the Supreme windows in my kitchen didn't have any sign of frost. These windows are in my bedroom. I've had both kinds (Pella and Supreme) for over 10 years and the Pellas fail every winter while the Supreme windows are warm and dry.

Hi was referred to Pella Windows from my sister Jen, after she had a good experience with them. My sales rep Graham was the nicest and most knowledgeable sales person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was not pushy at all and made me feel really comfortable while he was in my home. He explained everything very well and even brought in a sample window so we can look at it and see if it was to our liking. I had no idea that we could put blinds between the panes of glass and how beautifully and easy they are to use. He was able to match our exterior colour and have everything factory finished on the inside, including new casings. He set it up so we didn't have to do anything after the installation except enjoy our windows..

He gave me a really good discount and even though the price was high, the quality is incredible and the aesthetics were unbelievable. I don't know what he did to the glass but we were so comfortable this summer and didn't use our fan all summer. I can't wait to see the difference it will make in the winter. I never thought new windows could beautify my house the way that these windows. The performance is night and day, compared to my old windows.I am so thrilled with my windows and am looking forward to replacing my doors next year, with Pella. I can't believe that I will never have to dust my blinds again!!!! Also, my son's allergies have been noticeable better since we installed these windows. I can't help but think that the blinds between the panes have helped with this.

With regard to installation, we were 100 percent satisfied. This was my biggest concern because my house is 50 years old and I was worried about my stucco being damaged and my flower beds being destroyed. To this day, I don't know how they were able to install these seven windows without doing a speck of damage to the inside or outside of my home. They built a platform over my flowers and were able to remove the old windows without damaging my stucco. When we purchased the windows from Graham, we were very concerned about damage. Graham set up a pre-install visit and sent his Installation Manager Peter to our home and he gave us a really good feeling that his installers would do a great job. He was so right, because the installer Alan did a wonderful job and was very professional.

Pella Windows and Doors comes with my highest recommendation and I will refer them and my Sales Rep Graham to everyone who could benefit from a great product with great people. I couldn't be any happier.

As part of a complete kitchen gut, we wanted to replace the old windows in the corner. They're two larger windows and had small moveable sections previously. The salesperson did a great option and helped us choose a style that eliminated intermediate styles/rails, and allowed the entire window to operate.
Installation was done fairly well, with only a small issue with the caulking, and a so-so clean-up outside (though it was snow covered so difficult).

We were satisfied with the service that we go on the purchase of our windows. It was the dealings with the company since then, that have given us a sour taste in our mouth. I had called due to mould that is appearing in the corner of our windows. When I asked how to take care of this problem without damaging the window, the woman at the other end of the phone told me to "GOOGLE IT." It makes me feel that now that the windows are installed and paid for, that I am no longer an important customer.
