Unfinished and delayed job & terrible customer service!
The worst possible customer service--STAY AWAY from them! My contractor and I hired Miles Plumbing to perform a perimeter drainage camera inspection at my house. The plumber arrived 1.5 hours later than scheduled without any warning or explanation, spent hours chatting on the job, and left the job unfinished--did not attach two downspouts (see pictures attached). I sent an email to Miles Plumbing requesting a discount for the delayed and unfinished service. After not receiving any response, I called their manager, Mary, to discuss the issue. Her response was that "people make mistakes" with no apologies or discounts, articulated in a very entitled and aggressive tone. Mary said she opened a complaint and she'd talk to the owners and call me back but she never did. Instead, they threatened with collections. I called the company numerous times to talk to management and sent several emails but they NEVER responded or called back. The company also falsely advertises their BBB accreditation on their website without in fact having it. UNPROFESSIONAL and rude customer service accompanied with terrible plumbing service. Never recommend to anyone!
