We moved into our second house in Feb. 2010 only to find out the existing heat source pump wasn't working at all. It took us a while to figure this out for several change of seasons so I called Guardian to come and replace our thermostat as we wanted a more efficient, digital one. Without saying anything the service technician took a look at our heat source pump to find out it wasn't working at all due to antifreeze spilled out. There was no efficiency at all. We had put in a new heat source pump in our first house so knew how efficient it was. The service technician came back with quotes and several options to choose from. Without rushing he took his time explaining what each unit does. he sharpened his pencil and opnce we chose our unit it was ordered and installed. There were three guys installing for one day and it was like they weren't even there. They were tidy and cleaned up after. We would use them again and again.
