Ordered and paid for an electric fireplace. Massive delay in receiving it from the promised date. When I contacted the company no one could find the package in the shipping system. Then when it did arrive it clearly had a rough journey because it was defective and would not operate. Returned the fireplace at my local Home Depot and had the service desk order me another one but not before confirming availability. The Website dashboard said In Stock. And one week for receiving of the replacement fireplace.Two days after I paid for it I received the message that delivery was going to be delayed by a week. Then next day another email saying the product was on back order. And would be shipped Dec 10. It’s now Dec 15 and the shipping notification on their site still hasn’t changed and after a long wait to talk with a live body no one in the organization can tell me when I can expect the fireplace or even why the dashboard has not been updated. Zero customer service online. I will never order through them again. Not because of the delays but the total lack of follow up and problem solving they have demonstrated.
I know have a giant hole in my living room wall for Christmas… compliments Home Depot online.
