Do not purchase Samsung Appliances at Home Depot, if you have a problem the after sale service sucks. You have to talk to Samsung Service which is the most frustrating call center I have talked to before.

Save your time and money and buy at a regular appliance store.

We were having issues with our very old pipes and decided to upgrade from the old galvanized water pipes to PEX and upgrade our drains to ABS. Thankfully, the person that helped us knew a great deal about plumbing, having once been one. Great customer service.

We purchased some paint from home depot when we moved in our new house. We brang in a chip from one of the old cans that the previos owners left. We just needed to freshen it up. We were told that it would exactly match cause they didnt carry that brand. they were professional and did an ok job at servicing us. nothing wows me though.

My husband and I were out shopping for a BBQ, and the staff on duty was very knowledgeable and helpful. When he learned that we wanted the BBQ assembled, and the same day, he took us to a clearance area that had a BBQ already assembled and ready to purchase. Not only did we get our BBQ the same day, we got it on sale.

Bought three windows and had them installed in my home. They called to let me know what time they would be at my house. Worked all day and did a great job.

Home depot is a store I can always count on for a wide selection of products for my projects and knowledgable staff. I have purchased drywall, bathroom units, hardwood floor, doors, locks, and lights from this store and am planning to go back again.

WE recently decided to change the flooring in our living room. Becuase we live with many large breed dogs, the choice of flooring can be somewhat limited. One of the Service Representative from the flooring department tokk all the time required to ask us the right questions to help us determine the right product for our need. We ended up choosing a resilient flooring system. Easy to install, looks fabulous and very affordable.

i had just got all the components i needed for my home theater system.. all i needed to do was to get the wire and therminals for it so i headed down to the home depot in clairview. i found an employee to help me get the wire i needed and he was very knolegeable and the prices were very reasonable. i was in and out very quickly and i found everything i needed

The consultant who helped us purchase the bath cabinetry ensured the dimensions and types of drawers/doors were accurate. Everything arrived on time, help was available for loading, and all was what we wanted. The exception was that one drawer did not have the inside side height quite what we wanted, but it was a minor thing so we left it as is.
