We were given a quote for triple glazed, double low-e & argon gas filled windows. Upon enquiry after installation, we realized that the windows were single low-e. When we asked Elite to refund the difference in price we were rejected. The difference in efficiency is about 20% apparently. We are contemplating a claim through small claims court.
