Geoff was very professional and gave us all the specific details. Got a tankless hot water heater and new furnace. It was a huge investment for us but Geoff was very courteous and took his time explaining everything. We feel confident we made the right choice.

Taking care of a rental property for a family member and got a call about a pipe leak above the water heater. Called 3 different plumbers and Knight was the only one interested in doing the job and complete it right away. Work was completed quickly and I was able to pay over the phone. Also a free inspection was done on the shut off valve and main valve. Very impressed with the attention given and being kept updated on the work.

Technicians did installs were on time, completed job well and left work space clean. A glitch with AC install caused by furnace fan resulted in delays. I had to chase down the company to expedite completion and payments.

Geoff explained everything he was doing to me so I thoroughly understood. I would highly recommend him!

On Thursday, July 21 at 8:26 a.m. I put in a service request to replace my 10-year-old 50-gallon hot water tank that was leaking. I received a response from Knight Plumbing, Heating & AC at 8:32 a.m. via HomeStars with a quote very shortly after.

The quote was very competitive, it was 2.58 times lower than that of the higher-priced competitor.

Dan installed the new hot water tank on July 26th and removed the old tank. Dan was very friendly, professional, and competent.

The true measure of a company is not only based on how well they work but on how they respond to problems or customer concerns. We just had 2 outdoor faucets replaced and the job seemed to go well, the plumber was quite efficient. However, the next day we found that the water line leading to one of the repaired faucets was leaking and dripping through our garage ceiling. The plumber came back out and judged that the area of pipe he worked on wasnt leaking therefore he wasnt responsible for the part that was. Further, he would charge us at least another $400 to fix the new leak. This pipe has never leaked before and to me it clearly started leaking due to the work of the plumber. I spoke with Jason (?supervisor) to discuss the issue and he was also unrelenting stating its an old pipe and the leak had nothing to do with the work they did. That is outrageous. The leak cant be a coincidence and clearly is related to their work. Jason was unapologetic, unmoved, and really uninterested in providing the level of customer service their website boasts about. 100% guarantee on workmanship is clearly not upheld when the unexpected occurs. They didnt even try to come up with a solution that could work for both of us. Just denied responsibility. If Im to pay even more money for this leak it certainly wont be with Knight Plumbing.

The company was able to send a service person the same day I called. He was prompt, professional and explained my problem very well including showing me a picture. He offered me 2 solutions and I was able to make a decision very easily based on his explanations

Geoff and Andrew did a great job installing two new water heaters, a recirculating pump, and a few other minor plumbing repairs. They were very prompt and didnt leave until everything was inspected for proper operation.
