Weekend emergency call due to a water leak - they showed up quickly. He was very quick and efficient and seemed conscious of the running clock. He determined quickly which line was leaking, but could not reach the leak as it was behind a stacked washer/dryer that I was unable to move. Capped the lines to stop the leak (and allow water throughout the rest of the house)
I called him back once I moved the washer and dryer and he quickly fixed the line (and also another minor leak that I was aware of)
Would highly recommend - very friendly, quick and professional, and and did an excellent clean up once finished.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE HEATING TECHNICIAN WHO REPAIRED OUR FURNACE.
HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY EFFICIENT.

We worked with Knight to get our Poly-B replaced throughout our home. Very happy with the entire process from estimates to install to cleanup. The team was friendly, insightful and genuinely cared about the quality of their workmanship. Would definitely work with Knight again but were set for life! (Price included replacing all shutoffs and supply lines.)

Fixed a problem with the exhaust fan outlet on the side of the house, both technicians were friendly and quick with the work they did.

Service person patiently walked me through issues and coached me on maintenance I can do myself. Prompt, knowledgeable and transparent on repair costs. Will call again as needed.

The folks at Knight Plumbing are just amazing. Very professional, they know their stuff. Its the second time I have contracted them and boy did they deliver!! Ryan did an amazing job! We are enjoying our new Trane furnace and just in the nick of time since winter is in full swing! Ryan took the trouble to explain all the questions we could throw at him, including how it get the best out of our furnace and keep it going for as long as it could. He even explained what the warranty covered! And in case you dont know, once you sign up as a member and pay a small monthly fee, you enjoy a great discount in the event you have to call on Knight Plumbing for and technical issue! I got many many quotes for a new air conditioner and replacement furnace and many different recommendations for what was appropriate for my home. I went with Knight because the salesperson (Ryan) was very knowledgeable and the price was very competitive. While the price wasnt the lowest it was very competitive and I went with knight because of the many great reviews and because the salesperson seemed to recommend what was best for my home. He did a number of measurements to inform the recommended size of the units and provided a number of options with recommendations based on our needs. I never felt any sales pressure and he was very responsive to the follow up questions I had. The install went well and the installers (Carson +1) were respectful and kept our space clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

When this email came today l thought l would say we were shocked at cost of tap change. We did not ask for estimate ahead of appointment we know.
When l called to book l was told we would get a call between 10 and noon . At 7:30 we received call and told someone would be arriving at 8 am.
If we had been given that time on booking we would have been ready.
Husband has many health issues including amputation of leg so needs time to do everything.
My husband is a retired plumber so bought new taps that were used.
Plumber came just before 9:30 and was finished at 1045.
I would just like to hear from company that 500 dollars is the expectedcost for this. Thanks

We replaced our 22 year old furnace and decided to have air conditioning installed as well. Everyone from the first phone call, to Ryan, to our installer Steven were informative and professional.
