Loving our new Amana furnace - Our old 39 year old furnace became unreliable and needed to be replaced. Couple of years ago, we used Knight to make some urgent repairs to the vent on our old furnace. They responded quickly, when no one else seemed to care, right at the start of the heating season. They did an excellent job so we thought we would let them replace our furnace. They again responded quickly, right in the middle of the heating season. I was able to work out most of the details over the phone. Jonathan was great at getting things going and Kevin and Andrew did a fantastic job of installing the new furnace. Took less than a day for the install. Thanks again Knight!

After our furnace broke in the middle of a -25/-30 C weather we started looking for someone that could come in quick. We called a few places, someone even hang up on us when we started to ask if the could come quick and if they could give us a time. People can be rude!
Then we finally called Knight and they were polite and quick to send someone to help.
Kevin was great. Nice and patient with our inquiries. He didn't rush us and gave us his professional opinion which was that our motor was overheating and needed replacement.
Before leaving he graciously answer even more questions we had and didn't rush like many people do. It made us feel like valued costumers. And we are warm again!

George was very thorough in diagnosing the problem resulting in zone valve replacement and subsequent follow up to assure warmth was flowing to the garage with no interruption.

Recently my 23 year old hot water tank passed away and I was in need of a new one. I gave Knight Plumbing and Heating a call in hopes of finding someone who could come out in short order and look after my problem. I found everyone to be extremely courteous and professional. Kris the technician came over and installed and nice new tank. While doing so, he was explaining how everything worked, and how at Knight Plumbing they add another anode to their hot water tanks to extend the warranty to ten years.

Kevin and Andrew installed a new Goodman Furnace on the coldest day of the year. They really worked efficiently and completed the job the same day. Very personable fellows, cleaned up after themselves and were very patient with us learning the new furnace functions.

I called Knight Plumbing after Atco gas came and let me know I needed a new valve on my hot water tank. The pilot light would not stay on. The office staff member was very professional and said she would have a service person call me. Dan called within minutes. Once we had established the model needed, Dan said he would call and arrange to pick up the part. He called me back to say he had the part and the good news was it was under warranty. He had checked. Dan was able to supply and install the new valve. He was very thorough and explained about the use of that and caring for the tank. I was very impressed with service from beginning to end. I was also thrilled they were able to accommodate me on a Friday afternoon.

Kevin was great to have at our house; he was professional and friendly. The only reason I left 9/10 stars was because he was over an hour late, but he did call to let us know in advance and it was also the beginning of high season. Overall it was an excellent job well done.
