Homeland did not keep to original quote. Part of the project was done in the Fall and it was to be completed in the Spring due to the weather getting cold. In the spring he raised the initial quote by $3650.
The product he installed was Stonelink and it discolored terribly in the Spring. He was contacted numerous times and refused to assist with the problems the product presented.
I had to contact Stonelink myself, even though he purchased the product for me and charged me for it. After a few attempts at getting them to help, they came by and only removed a small section of the discoloration. They have since been difficult to reach when I emailed them many times to find out the name of the product that can remove the staining.
They left some sealant but Mario, from Homeland, said he does not know how to apply sealant. The sealant cannot go on until the staining is removed and neither Mario from Homeland nor Stonelink are willing to assist me with removing the staining.
After many attempts to get assistance directly with Homeland, I have written this review.
