Yvonne's Furniture, Not sure how they are still in business... Yes the prices are nice, but the wait for the products to come in and the arrogant staff are not worth the prices! & Heaven forbid if something is wrong with your order, it will take another 4-6 weeks until your issue is resolved, if resolved at all especially with the No Refund policy! I would not recommend shopping at this store at all.

Thought I got a great deal on the sofa I bought but when I received it the quality from the showroom to the actual product I received was huge. I never would have bought it if I had known it was so bad. The cushion was built wrong so the springs were over the stuffing but manufactured defect was a ridiculously short time period of when you could exchange. So less than a year later I'm buying new furniture (from somewhere else)

We went in looking for appliances (which they don't sell btw) anyways when we were there we found the comfiest sectional ever. We were able to change the shape of where the chaise was and able to change the fabric. We kept the same fabric but did opt to customize the configuration. Came by recommendation from a relative and so far I am happy with everything.

I love my new stuff. All of my items arrived on time and everything that they said they'd do they actually did. I found their staff to be helpful and eager to help out. I asked a lot of questions and never felt rushed or pushed to decide. My daughter loves her bunk bed. I'd send my friends to this place. Not the same level of service as a high end store but the prices are amazing and everything that was on display looks like it belongs in a show home.

I bought a couch, love seat & 2 matching chairs there yesterday. I got home late and realized that they were too large for the spot. I left 3 messages asking them to call me......they didn't bother! When I finally reached them, ( the guy I spoke to claimed he was the owners son) refused to give me a refund and was very arrogant! The furniture hadn't even been delivered to me yet!!!!!! I had called the store right after I left to give another phone# and....again......I believe it was the owners son.....just answered Hello.....didn't mention the store name....neither does their answering machine! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. When I read my bill, it clearly stated that ALL SALES WERE FINAL!!!!
This is on brand new furniture!!!!! I would expect this on damaged items not new! What a two bit outfit!!!! It appears to me that they must be closing their doors, as no one treats their customers this way. I will never shop there again! I have worked retail most of my life and I have never heard of a retailer treating a customer this badly!

Always check out this store before you buy furniture. I bought my sectional from a different place and then rather than it taking 5 weeks it never did come. Yvonnes Furniture seemed to have a lot of selection in stock and ready to go. I managed to get my money back from the other place and within days I had my new sectional delivered by the guys at Yvonnes. The delivery guys were very helpful and managed to get the sectional into my basement.

The sales person was fine, delivery guy was fine, furniture and prices were good but oh my gosh hassle if something is wrong. The dresser and mirror were delivered in the wrong color- so my set was not a set. First I was told that there was nothing they could do. What?!!! I bought a SET!! Then I was told I could return the wrong colored items to the store and pick up the right colored items. I had paid for delivery, this was not my error so I said no I would need them to exchange the items for the right color. Back and forth, back and forth with the company saying they wanted me to come in to discuss the issue for a solution-- there was but two solutions-- exchange the wrong item or pick up everything and refund my money. At one point the man said you need to come in so we can " dance" around a resolution. Finally they agreed to exchange and they brought out the right item. Original purchase date was the end of July-- and I did not have the full matching set mid September!! Unfortunate that the customer service was so poor and absolutely no offer of compensation. They acted like they were doing me a favor by sending me the right color. Unless you are able to ensure the item is correct and pick it up yourself I would not recommend the hassle of dealing with this company.

This was the worst shopping experience I have a had in a long time. When I went in to buy the coffee table, the phone rang, that customer was dealt with at the same time. I was then given a coffee table set that sold for $100.00 less than what i was paying for. When I called the next morning to advise that I received the wrong set, I was told that I can bring it back and get the right one. I asked about my time and fuel as I didn't get so much as a sorry. I then told him that he could have the table delivered downtown and he said in a week or 2 as the truck was full. They also refused to give me my money back as all sales a final (he didn't tell me that before I paid for the product), but it was on the receipt. When I took the time to go back on my lunch, the manager refused to discuss my complaint what-so-ever. I will not shop there again, nor would I recommend anyone else to shop there.

i had a good experience there. It was my first time at the store. They have a good selection of furniture and the prices are quite reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would shop there again in the future.

The service was fine, but the delivery was awful. We pay for the delivery, but the guy tried to walk out on us before the job done. He said that the couch woulnt fit in the basement, but it did. My husband forced him to stay and finish the job that he was paid for. Eventually, he got the couch into the basement.
