The sales person was fine, delivery guy was fine, furniture and prices were good but oh my gosh hassle if something is wrong. The dresser and mirror were delivered in the wrong color- so my set was not a set. First I was told that there was nothing they could do. What?!!! I bought a SET!! Then I was told I could return the wrong colored items to the store and pick up the right colored items. I had paid for delivery, this was not my error so I said no I would need them to exchange the items for the right color. Back and forth, back and forth with the company saying they wanted me to come in to discuss the issue for a solution-- there was but two solutions-- exchange the wrong item or pick up everything and refund my money. At one point the man said you need to come in so we can " dance" around a resolution. Finally they agreed to exchange and they brought out the right item. Original purchase date was the end of July-- and I did not have the full matching set mid September!! Unfortunate that the customer service was so poor and absolutely no offer of compensation. They acted like they were doing me a favor by sending me the right color. Unless you are able to ensure the item is correct and pick it up yourself I would not recommend the hassle of dealing with this company.
