The owner quoted the project and did not finish the project. It was 95% complete but there were some issues with the eaves and with the design. He hacked up the siding to make room for the wires, without even asking or discussing it with us. He was paid on the promise to return and did not ever return. We were strung along for 2 years with excuses.
