Due to my recent experience with the company I have no doubt that the company shouldn’t even be in business. I had them install a range hood in my house. Not only that the installation was poorly done, one of their workers managed to damage my stone countertop with a power tool due to misuse of equipment. I had called the company in numerous occasions trying to fix the damage and got nowhere. I have even talk to the owner face to face. He blamed the problem on the trigger of the power tool and show no desire to do the wright thing and pay for the damage. Regardless of how the damage occurred they should be owning the mistake and compensate for the cost. I had a quote from the original installer of the countertop and the cost is 3500$. The stone is only 10 months old and the damage is significant. The only solution to the issue might just be filing though court for the settlement and a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau as well as Chambers Of Commerce.
