After interviewing several companies to complete our addition we chose Design2Build - what a mistake. We hired Mr.Hannah who was from Design2Build to be the general for this project. ..well he got 2 guys to try to build a house. They were completely rude, unprofessional and unbelievably ignorant. My husband would have to review their work daily and tell them all the "mistakes" that had to be corrected. When we would approach Mr.Hannah to explain we felt the project's integrity was being jeopardized he refused to listen. Instead he came to us and told us he needs more money - Absolutely not. We got a lawyer and had to remove them from the job. We lost a ton of money in this job not to mention the money we now had to dish out to fix all the problems. The inspectors even asked us if we picked these guys up from some corner. The house was finally completed by contractors that valued their reputation and more importantly valued their customers. Never again would I use them. Later, we found out from our lawyer that the company had done this to several other people.

I am following up with you after a supplier informed me that negative reviews have been posted on your site. I purchased Design 2 Build including all rights from Shawn almost five years ago. He has the ability to gain your confidence and is very persuasive. It wasn't until after the completion of the purchase that I realized how unscrupulous Shawn is. I spent thousands of dollars at personal loss completing on going work and placating past clients on warranty work. I can provide their names and contact info should you choose to follow up with them. Since the purchase of Design 2 Build I have worked very hard to establish a good client base and always work with integrity and honour. Again, I can provide countless client and industry professionals as references. The posts I was made aware of are both upsetting and frustrating after working so hard to create the reputation that I have. If Shawn is operating under the name Design 2 Build, he is doing so illegally. Please contact me to discuss.
