Start date of project was delayed over 8 weeks due to "unforsees circumstances" and once started it took 10 weeks longer than expected to complete 90% of the job. Winter came and balance of job had to be finish the following year which again took another 6 weeks to complete as they took on other jobs! Project looks good but given the poor service I would not use them again!

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- get everything in writting and specify penalties associated with missed deadlines
