Removal and install of roof shingles along with replacement of plywood sheets,valley and vents. I HAD HEARD NOTHING BUT GREAT REVIEWS FROM FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS WHO USED THIS COMPANY-THEY WERE RIGHT....TEAM IDENTIFIED ANY DEFECTS IN PLYWOOD...RECOMMENDED SHINGLE COLOR AND GAVE ME NUMEROUS JOBS THEY HAD DONE LOCALLY..WORK ORDER LISTED ALL SPECIFICS PERFECTLY.. WORKERS WERE PROS...MADE A RECOMMENDATION AND LET ME DECIDE WITH EASE TO A FINAL RESULT... JUST GO TO SHOWROOM AND YOU'LL FEEL AT EASE...IF THIS COMPANY DID ALL TRADES THE WORLD OF RENOS WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE

The team did an excellent job in all aspects. It was a rainy time the month that the roof was to be installed and they made sure there was a block of time that was certain to be dry before they started the job. This involved a number of phone calls and they were great communicators letting me know when to expect them and when not to. They took steps to protect the landscaping and cleaned up thoroughly.The roof was inspected after the installers had finished and before they left. Sharp Exteriors also provide a free follow-up inspection three years after installation when requested. The price was competitive as well. I found them friendly, agreeable and competent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We knew we would need our roof replaced in the near furture. During a recent, very hard and blowing rain storm we developed a minor water leak through the top of the window. We contacted Sharp Exteriors to confirm it was coming through the roof. We contracted them to.replace the roof as soon as possible. They fit us into the schedule within the week. They had a waste bin delivered prior to the replacement day. On the day of the replacement the team arrived on time and immediatly got to work. They laid out tarp on the flower beds etc to catch debris. The old roof was removed and they chcked the plywood roof deck for any requiring replacement. Upon completion they installed the new weather proofing and roof. After completion they performed a very thorough cleanup of the property. This included using a magnectic rack to pick up any roofing nails on the grass.

The team was very professional and polite. The following day a another gentleman from Sharp dropped by to inspect the roof and work performed.

Sharp Exteriors was recommended to me by two people and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family or friends.

From the beginning to the end it was a good decision to use Sharp Exteriors . Kyle gave us a thorough detailed estimate and spent time explaining it to us. Mike and his team were friendly, organized and worked well together. They did an excellent clean up job. Our roof looks wonderful. We would highly recommend this company.

Friendly, courteous service. Answered all questions. The four men worked non-stop other than for a lunch and a couple of short breaks. Office administration very courteous and addressed any concerns we had to our complete satisfaction. From Brian to Bob to Scott to the four roofers and Laura, we thank you. The only note of concern was pertaining to our Leaf Guard Eaves Troughs re scratches; Scott touched them up afterwards; he explained that for safety reasons re ladders being on troughs not sliding when in use. We feel that there shouldn't have been any scratches as our eaves troughs were recently replaced and very expensive.

He was punctual for the appointment and complete in his process. He took the time and had the patience to answer my many questions. I had a section of gable fascia damaged by high wind on the weekend. Visited Sharp Exteriors Monday morning .Job was completed by 1:30 Monday afternoon. That's what I call service.

Would NOT recommend this company. We hired them based on their outstanding reputation and were deeply disappointed. Company came in and re laid new plywood for our roof however it WAS not done properly nor up to Ontario Building Code. They continued to shingle on top of this and was only caught by my husband who works in the trade. Prior to this my husband had inquired with Jonathan if they used Hclips on the plywood and he said yes. When my husband inspected the plywood it was not done nor was the plywood blocked. This was on top of the company failing to wear safety harnesses on the roof.
