Paying customer treated worse than someone browsing

This company as a business model it seems allows you to buy something online and then habitually moves back delivery date for months. Has happened on several orders weve done. This time we ordered in April and still dont have our product, but it is in stores multiple times. They say they cant communicate online to stores but that means we have purchased our product in April but someone who waltzes in a store today would have it in their hands and we cant have ours. Such an archaic way of doing business that basically says to someone who paid already, we have your money and you can wait as long as we say.
