Faucet Fix

We have used Faucet Fix many times. They have installed new outdoor taps, fixed toilet leaks, replaced under sink plumbing. Installed new bathroom cabinet/sink. Each time, we have been very satisfied with their work and with their friendly, professional service. We would definitely use them again.

Michael came on schedule, was polite and all business. His estimate was bang on. His work was good, neat and he left no mess. Disposed of the old parts too!

Second time I have used these guys. Attempted a minor repair on my ow this time and fixed it so no one else could fix it. They arrived on time and did the job quickly and well. Only minor complaint was that it took a couple of days before I could schedule, but it was worth the wait for professional service at a reasonable price.

Slow leak below flange of basement toilet. Arrived on time (early), fixed the problem. Clean up, courteous. Very reasonable charge. Wouldn't hesitate to call again for any future plumbing needs.

Faucet Fix resolved my issue with low water pressure. Mark replaced the tempering valve then cleaned out the lines. Prompt and friendly service as always!!! I felt that the price was very reasonable. I woukd use them again and have recommended them to friends and colleagues.

Kudos and thanks to Mark from Fawcet Fix; changed valves on three old toilets, changed feed lines, diagnosed and fixed chronic leak one toilet, solved water hammer in second toilet.

No satisfied ending yet ... an old water line which goes underground to the lake and then 50 ft out into the lake, started losing pressure/prime. Michael rescued us in the winter/spring with a temporary heated water line to the lake. Yesterday we tried unsuccessfully to put the old/buried line, with a very cramped pump house, back in service with some new fittings ... no luck. I have some digging to do ... and we'll have Michael back as soon as we are ready for the final solution. Many thanks for Michael's first class work , patience and guidance while we work our way through the options to the final fix. Stay tuned.

We needed a leaking valve (tap) fixed in the ceiling of our basement that led to the faucet in the garage. Mark came and fixed it very quickly and efficiently.
