Avoid this guys. They will make your moving even more stressful.
Movers arrived earlier then was discussed (nothing was ready yet, because we expected them 2 hrs later) on a small truck, so had to do few trips. Worked slow, traveled to destination like turtles. Overcharged for 1 hr. To all the questions answered "I don't care". When we had a dispute regarding overcharging me for 1 hour, I tried to call office during business hours, but for sure nobody answered the phone. To my question about why their manager not answering the phone, they said that he might be in church (at 5:20 pm on Tuesday ), but he always answered when they called him. Also they refused to provide a receipt. Movers refused to assemble the bed frame, and left 35 minutes earlier, they said that they don't have enough time to do this, because there is another charge (30 mins) for traveling to my place in the morning . For some reason they take only cash and etransfer. Terrible service, won't recommend.

IF there was a rating for a customer Kosta would receive a minus 100 . A terrible person accusing a very fast physically fit , professional men of being slow . one thing is for sure our employees are never accused of being slow or unprofessional. I can only assume these physically fit , courteous , movers embarrassed this poor man in front of his young , pretty wife . we cannot think of any other reason why he would react in this way. Our movers have no interest in your wife . please take care of your own problems at home and don't take them out on us .
