Their technician came to fix my gas fireplace in June because it had not worked during the winter. When the technician left it was working fine, but when I turned it on for the first time in September, the flame would not appear. The pilot light was working. They wanted to charge me for a service call to return to address the problem. I felt I should not be charged because this was the first time I had used it since the repair. I asked to speak to a manager but I did not even get a call back to discuss. I will never use this company again.

Unable to reach secretary, manager or tradespeople by phone or email.
Requested quote on replacing bathtub fixture.
Plumber broke bathtub surround in reconnaissance - without notifying me.
Requested problem to be fixed. Weeks, then months, of trying to connect with anyone at company was futile.
No accountability. Poor service. Unprofessional.

Asked them to come out and covert the existing house capped gas line to a BBQ quick disconnect supply line. They showed up promptly and Mike identified that the shutoff was under the deck, which made it difficult to use. He headed out to get parts, came back, made the changes, had to search in our messy closet for the conversion kit, so he could test it before he left. Flawless and excellent service. Thanks Mike!

Clarksburg contractors installed a ductless air conditioner in our cottage
Jordan and Pablo were timely, meticulous in the installation, cleanup and very courteous. They took time to explain the function of the unit and the remote controlled. I would recommend their work and thank them for a job well done. The unit is working and has made the environment significantly cooler and pleasant to occupy ,especially during the this heat that we have been experiencing this summer

Company was scheduled to do some service at a neighbours so I scheduled a quote. I was not told there would be a charge but alas I was given a bill for 1/2 hour labour ($95 + HST) for 10 mins of taking pics. I have now waited almost 2 weeks for the quote which I still haven’t received! Followed up twice.
Quoting is the cost of doing business! If a fee had been communicated I would not have proceeded.

We hired this person to fix my heater. They were able to fix it. I was very pleased that I had heat that I had heat. (It was winter) They were very neat, kind, and prompt!!! (-:
