Design/Build review in Angus

This is an edit from my original review that I had made. After speaking with Domenic from Zancor, I was immediately contacted by Ron who is now the new site supervisor for Angus. Ron acted promptly and had my outstanding issues with the foundation repaired immediately by the contractors and as well work done by himself. I am satisfied with the repairs.

Garbage

Design/Build review in Angus

This is my second review since they only seem to reply to positive ones. Not quite sure where all these 10 stars reviews are coming from lol zancor must be accommodating people to give these ratings to bring their score up. Look at all the reviews before this.

I have had 3 foundation issues that zancor has refused to repair and makes up sad excuses for this. One massive crack at the back of the house from top to bottom which is apparently acceptable ? The second occurred in the winter when a big piece of foundation just fell off exposing the interior studs and caused my water pipes to freeze. The third now has caused my garage to fill with water any time it rains. Apparently this is normal.

Do not believe Zancor is a good builder. This house has ruined my experience as a first time home buyer. I work in the trades and some of the things I have seen done blow my mind.
