I would not recommend this builder due to the fact of the customer service period! They beat around the bush blaming rain and what ever else they want to on why your driveway is still not done! Your house will take forever to be signed off with the township so forget about having any fence anytime soon! There is never any answers to any of your simple questions! I even had the workers stand on my porch for no reason for about ten minutes and than looking at my car! My daughter and I felt very uncomfortable! I've had Mary come and yell at me for not watering my grass good enough, even though the grass they put in was old! Than I had some stranger show up at my house on a Saturday that lived in this subdivision telling me that I should let the electrician in my house! The list is huge for what's wrong with this house but I would be more understanding if all of the above wasn't happening also! Common sense people you don't be all nice to your customers before we sign and than after we do you could care less! Don't tell me to contact so and so already did with nothing!

Hello Private User,
As a builder we always try to wrap up all exterior works in a timely manner. Consideration for our purchasers and providing them with a community they can enjoy is our top priority. There are always bottlenecks and holds ups for sure. Most of the time this process occurs within the first year of occupancy. You had expressed urgency to want to get a pool installed as soon as possible. Doing this within months of taking possession of your home may have been aggressive on your part. We did offer you a way of obtaining clearances and also protecting the developer with security deposits in place that would be refunded once all the works were complete and confirmed satisfactory. You declined this very typical approach. Since then we have accomplished all works and final engineering should be done in the very near future. With the watering of the sod concern I can only assume that if your plans were to install a pool and rip up everything in the first place why water the grass.
