We have also recently bought a detached house in Wasaga Beach and we are more than happy with it. The quality is outstanding and the house was well worth the price, without any hidden additional costs. It looks great, finishes are excellent, everything in the house works well and Zancor has followed up on all the little things that were on PDI. We felt they were going out of their way to make sure we are happy, starting with the sales and decor center reps, the site manager and all staff. We didn't feel pushed into anything, but always taken care of. It seems hard to believe other reviewers bad experiences since everything worked so well for us and, also, all the neighbors we talked to are more than happy with Zancor. I just hope Zancor will be able to fix their problems as they did for us. All in all - highly recommended!!!
