I am very pleased with my Zancor Home. Everything was explained in thorough detail prior to signing any contracts. I felt very comfortable asking for any clarifications. Great options at the décor centre. Closing was easy. Closed on time. Any issues I had were addressed promptly and taken care of in a professional manor. Great value. Would purchase another Zancor home in the future. Patricia, Dawn, Mary & Johny have all been so helpful.
